징글 점프(이하 “게임”)는 Tayco(이하 “운영자”)가 운영하는 브라우저 멀티플레이 점프 게임이에요. 게임은 무료로 할 수 있고, 코인 구매는 선택이에요.
이런 행동이 확인되면 기록을 지우거나 이용을 제한할 수 있어요.
게임 내용은 바뀔 수 있어요. 서비스를 끝낼 때는 30일 전에 게임 안에서 알리고, 그때 쓰지 않은 유료 코인은 환불 기준에 따라 처리해요.
운영자는 안정적으로 서비스하려고 노력하지만, 천재지변, 외부 서비스 장애, 네트워크 문제처럼 운영자가 어쩔 수 없는 일로 생긴 손해는 책임지지 않아요. 단, 법이 정한 책임은 지켜요.
이 약관은 대한민국 법을 따르고, 분쟁이 생기면 대한민국 법원에서 해결해요.
운영자는 게임 운영에 꼭 필요한 정보만 처리해요. 이름, 전화번호, 이메일은 게임에서 받지 않아요.

카드 번호, 이메일 같은 결제 정보는 Lemon Squeezy가 직접 받아서 처리해요. 운영자는 카드 정보를 받지 않고, 결제할 때 넣은 이메일도 저장하지 않아요.
복구 코드와 게임 설정(소리 등)은 브라우저 저장 공간(localStorage)에 저장해요. 광고나 추적용 쿠키는 쓰지 않아요.

게임에 접속하거나 결제할 때 인터넷으로 전송되고, 위의 보관 기간 동안 보관돼요.
내 정보 열람, 수정, 삭제를 요청할 수 있어요. 설정에 있는 복구 코드나 플레이어 ID를 적어서 contact@tayco.kr로 보내 주세요. 닉네임과 국가는 게임 설정에서 직접 바꿀 수 있어요.

contact@tayco.kr로 주문 번호(Lemon Squeezy 영수증 메일에 있어요)와 플레이어 ID를 보내 주세요. 확인한 뒤 Lemon Squeezy를 통해 결제한 수단으로 환불하고, 환불한 코인은 계정에서 빠져요.
이 정책은 법이 보장하는 소비자 권리를 줄이지 않아요.
Jingle Jump (the “Game”) is a browser multiplayer platform game operated by Tayco (the “Operator”). The Game is free to play; buying coins is optional.
We may remove records or restrict access when we find such conduct.
The Game may change over time. If we shut the service down, we will announce it in the Game 30 days in advance, and unused paid coins will be handled under the Refund Policy.
We work to keep the service running, but we are not liable for losses caused by events outside our control, such as natural disasters, third-party outages, or network problems, except where the law says otherwise.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes will be resolved in the courts of the Republic of Korea.
We only process what the Game needs to run. The Game does not ask for your name, phone number, or email.

Payment details such as card numbers and email are collected and processed by Lemon Squeezy. We never receive card details, and we do not store the email you enter at checkout.
Your recovery code and game settings (such as sound) are saved in your browser’s localStorage. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

You can ask to access, correct, or delete your data. Email contact@tayco.kr with your player ID or recovery code (found in the Game settings). You can change your nickname and country in the Game settings yourself.

Email contact@tayco.kr with your order number (in your Lemon Squeezy receipt email) and your player ID. After checking, we refund through Lemon Squeezy to your original payment method, and the refunded coins are removed from your account.
This policy does not limit any consumer rights you have under applicable law.
